I have one like this, not great for racing but I really like it for training.
they are alright if you use it just a few times a week for training and smaller races but 10mila where you have a team behind you maybe not enough. but it is cheap enough like.

Yes, very cheap. Do you also have a proper running one for when you do race e.g. 10mila?

OK Södertörns elit group owns some of the big Mila Vega lamps and im the clubs "lamp montior". So I train with the small version above and race with club lamps
