I know how you feel! Patience is the key. My advice is keep going with the yoga and strength work and once you can run without pain, drop back the distance and intensity and start to build again. It's a bit like playing snakes and ladders :(
I think it was the fast rep with the work group last week, so back to eeeasy running for me. Plus S&C. I have millions of patience when it comes to people but not so when it comes to myself!
