can mess with knees or a niggle injury so suggest build up to longish distance over say 4-6 runs.
Thanks Carolyn. I can see where you're coming from with the knee issues as it does put a lot of stress on different muscle groups. If anything for me the nice soft impact was a nice change, and allowed me to get in a solid 1 1/2 hours without pounding on any hard surfaces.
