that's a lotta 200's . . . ! on 24 sec rest. phew, tough one.
still, easier than 6 x 800. at least for me. JD magic! (actually starts out as 40 second 200's w/ 20 second rest but dialed down based on ability) Hope we can do some running together someday soon, let me know.
