I get dizzy standing up from a chair so a somersault sounds risky.
I can do one - but to get up quickly to continue the "race" made the room spin or my head? Anyway, I had to grab a post to not fall over.
I was going to try it but it's been so long since I've done a somersault that when I got into position, I was too afraid of hurting myself. That is bad.
Use a mat :), and tuck your chin in, and stay curled up in a ball. You'll be fine. Rolling is a good skill - less likely you'll hurt yourself if you fall, if you can roll out. Tman does it all the time. He hurts himself when obstacles like counters and walls get in the way of the roll out.
I was on a nice soft carpet with no counters in the way but I just completely froze. I think I'm afraid of wrenching my neck. So strange. I will try again.
