I think I need to build in some rest weeks to the default JD plan, especially in Phase 2 and 3, maybe every 4th week, just do a base week to consolidate gains. I think I just got run down and worn out. Starting to feel good again. who knows how low level infections factor in. I think the bugs take advantage of a weakened state.

maybe you were fighting off a bug. who knows. most likely you'll be stronger for each successive cycle!
