Or it will be when you look back from the vantage point of a sub2.35 marathon in the near future! Really feel for you after all the hard work. I wonder if this has been lurking for a while - you started complaining about things falling apart in mid March, but managed to push through it. I'm sure it could easily have gone the other way on the day though, and I'm sure it will next time!

Cheers Oli, already been thinking about when to fit another one in!! I managed to get through the last few weeks and Sunday without a re-occurrence of the knee problem, not sure if it’s linked to the hip flexor pain, but there’s obviously a lack of glute/hip flexor strength issue that needs to be corrected.
