Keep the faith! Injuries and illnesses sideline all of us at some point. Personally I like to take them as times to regroup, refocus, and let my motivational flame come back.
For instance, enjoy the extra sleep ;)

When I told Marc about the symptoms and what happened he said it sounds like you may have torn some muscle fibres in your hamstring... I sure hope not, but take the necessary time to let it heal, and like Greg said, it can be nice to have that time on your hands. Backing and cooking sounds great! Can I come over?
Any chance it's tension somewhere else that's creating your hamstring problem? I yanked a hamstring really high up while back, and every so often I still get a "pulling" sensation there that makes me back off for 3-7 days. I only recently realized that stretching other muscles - rectus femoris, psoas, and groin - will make it go away almost immediately. I guess it must all be connected somehow?
