Trail Orienteering?

Gutted for you. Focus on the rehab and I'm sure you'll be back in no time!

X training can be your best friend as well as your enemy! Best of luck pal, such a shame!

Yeah just need to play it sensibly though, don't want to start training until I can at least walk normally

Hope you have a speedy recovery and use it positively as more motivation

Cheers buddy it's frustrating but I hope so too, there's a lot of races in the summer other than JWOC so hopefully I can do myself justice in those

Your aim just got shifted to Finland 2017. Make sure you're fully functional before you start training hard then you've got a year to work in. You've had a good winter so some half-decent X-training will see you hit the summer still close to top form.

Definitely the aim now Nic, plenty of time so nothing silly, priority is sorting the injury now, not trying to hurt myself getting back to quickly

Cheers Pete, appreciate it, hopefully won't be out too long but yeah, just kind of sinking in how much I want to be back fit now, bloody frustrating!
