I hope he also prescribed ice. Ice is magic. Just strap on one of those flexible ice packs and wear it for 15 minutes while you're eating dinner or whatever.
This is why Alex's legs are always cold.
Also consider a good deep tissue massage, it will really help loosten up your hips and knees and stuff :)
Thanks for the offer Alex, but I think I got it. Just yell at me if you don't see pink on my log everyday ;) He didn't mention anything about icing... I'll ask about that next time. Erin seemed to think ice wouldn't make much of a difference.
