Applying your new AP standard, can you certify that you exceeded 140 HR for full 146 minutes this week?

Hi Rick. Welcome to my log. Well all I log these days are aerobic workouts....running, rowing, and various other machines. And my heart rate on each is definitely up there. But I don't monitor it except at the end of a workout...when it easily exceeds 140.

Your daughter was right: your log is your own. You can do as you wish. But c'mon...logging gardening for six hours this week?

By the end of the garden work, I'm worn out. In terms of calories burnt and effort, feels like exercise to me. I count it.

Sounds like your HR runs a lot higher than mine for similar activity (eg running). Is that good or bad? As my running rate slowed to 10-11 min/mile,I no longer enjoyed running -- still HR was well under 140. Your metric has no relevance for me.

I just try to make sure I got heart, don't care about heartrate...
