As a precaution I would go to a full cold-prevention protocol - lots of fluids, juices, and be sure to get plenty of rest the next couple nights. I'm not a big believer in supplements beyond perhaps a multi-vitamin, but if you feel any hint of sore throat or other cold symptoms, I'd suck some zinc lozenges (Cold-Eeze or similar).
