Also re "worst in awhile", it has not been unusual in my development to be doing okay and then just stuff up royally, esp the more I try to push it at any time.

So you're in good company any times that happen.

yea i think the heat was a factor too. I went through 70oz of water in 2 hours...

The biggest argument for going fast is to cut to just the marked water stop(s) and stop lugging stuff around!
