Nice, your 3rd run! But I see you were "not supposed to run", make sure you recover right. I'm in the same boat and just did three miles pain-free so of course I wanted to do more but can't until next week. :(

Thanks Martin, valid point. It's a little bit of risky business I think I'm ok so far.
