finished, despite the heat draining him

Sounds like the heat bothered a lot of people.
Browner and I are currently watching the forecast for Ferguson, North Carolina. We're wondering what happens to the human body when it goes from running on ice to running in the low 80s (whatever that means - JayXC will know) one week later. I'm probably going to have a meltdown on Saturday!
I'll make sure to carry a few extra Newtons of water.
Actually, it sounds like a really good match of temperatures--going from running at just about 30F to just about 30C. You aren't really changing the temperature reading, just the thermometer from which you are reading it! One of our former building managers where I work kept telling us he didn't understand why everybody was complaining about the temperature stability--he kept the place at a constant 40 degrees around the year with a really minimal energy budget, just switching from Fahrenheit in the winter to Centigrade in the summer.
That's how it would work at our house if 'Bent could keep me away from the thermostat!
newtons....but volume...head hurt....
I always carry volume; I wanted a change.
