Got windier and colder... Nice workout! My hands were froze by the time I spoke with you (didn't have any winter gear with me nor was I expecting to need it - 78 F in St. Paul today!).

Going from that to this weather would have sucked the motivation out of me too. Dave said he stopped by the track to run a couple of laps with me and never left his vehicle. I told him the kids were wearing shorts.
