If you need any advice on dealing with your new alignment, I have a fair bit of experience with foot parts, actually with whole feet, that don't point straight ahead. :-)
if the amount of deviation is containable within your shoes, that seems pretty tolerable. I had a toe that pointed down for many years, which was darned uncomfortable. If it points in some more benign direction, maybe not so bad.
If I've got a sock on it, everything is copacetic. If I take the sock off, it's still normal, but after a few minutes, it starts drifting. It's still early days, so we'll see what it does a few months from now, but this isn't in the same league as the misalignments I've seen on you two misfits.
