Tell me more about church!
It's a heinous and unforgiving session. Each day is a different set of 4 rotation groups. Each of the four groups has four exercises. Each exercise in the group gets done for 30s and there's a 10-second pause in between each to get set up. In the end you do each group twice and each exercise 4 times. Sound confusing? It is for me so I just copy all of the millennial firing this stuff off with ease.
I'll try and get in there 2-3 times per week if possible.
