You won't lose much by cross training a bit over the next week and doing rehab to make sure your glute/hip doesn't get worse.
Hard not to get out running when the weather's this nice! I'm confident if I keep things off-road and mostly easy and if I actually keep doing my exercises for a change this should be fine. Will take things very easy this weekend though. Last time I had this issue I got ill straight after and didn't run for a week and everything was fine after that.
