What did you do?

I was overconfident and tried to get it from the lower trail (the one that was farther away) and then I missed it and then there was a lot of wandering back and forth and discussion until I finally re-started using a proper attack-point. We refined our technique a lot between the first and the last controls.

Oh the lower trail was for sure the right call, good instincts.
