Loved the courses and one misplaced control on the middle distance day was nothing, at least not for a hack like me :)

Fantastic running and great fun and challenging navigation. Enjoyed these events to the MAX! Thanks to everyone involved and we all really appreciate the high quality events that you guys put on so regularly.

What about when the little kids were doing their state-by-state cheer squad before each of the mass starts - how cute was that?

I must have missed that bit. Maybe I was too focused with standing on my map.

Ugh, I just looked at my GPS trace from Saturday and seems I did run exactly to where the control should have been, then ran off in the complete opposite direction to where it ended up being before returning to the same spot and stumbling across it by accident. Even on the (very) rare occasion I have a good middle distance run, I bugger it up somehow!

After some study I have observed that this is my first middle distance race outside of WA that I've completed in <40 minutes and only my 2nd ever in under that time. Yay me.

Good stuff Jenny and fellow organisers, I'm sorry I couldn't make it. The few pics I've seen look amazing :) And respect to everyone who handled the distance - I'm not sure I would have been up for it!

Clare, are you going to Tas NOLs? We still have one or two beds/ car spaces available because no junior Arrows are going.

I don't think so...I'm not really feeling the orienteering motivation at the moment!
