I didn't shake my head but I did a double-take. "Woah, Boris orienteered at West Point!" And hoping that meant a notable improvement in the back. Sounds like it was well worth the outing, whatever the physical state!

I can so totally understand how you felt. I've had my periods of breaks after various surgeries and during pregnancy that that "awe that was so good for my soul" feeling is really well deserved! Glad you trusted your gut and went for it, but I hope you're not paying too high of a price this week though.
Hope the cortisone shots help!
