Yog, n. A running session without clear physical purpose or benefit. Typical duration is less than 40 minutes, completed at a pace one could easily sustain for weeks at a time, if required. The positive mental benefits of "getting out there" and "turning the legs over", while difficult to quantify, are often the defining hallmark of such a session.
Thanks for the thorough definition! Well I fulfilled some of the criteria, but I did push on a little and I don't think I could sustain 5 min/km for hours on end, at the moment anyway. So I guess it was a jog then.
