get plenty of rest and drink fluids. I gave the same advice to one of my guys in India when he took 1 month off for a broken wrist. ( yes, one month off for a broken wrist).
this bug is going around for last several weeks, it took me 2 weeks to recover, I still have some residual effects. Yyou can be back to running in 4 days to a week, but take another week easy after that.
