Do you do anything special on the cross trainer? Listening to music, watching a movie, or visualising WOC situations? Maybe you bring a relevant map and looking for route choices? Just curious...
Well, what I am calling "cross training" is a mix of different activities. I am not detailing it anymore because each time I put a word on attackpoint it goes right away on worldofo timeline and it might be boring for some people.
This time, it was 40min spinning, 30min open stride, 5min core strenght and 15min of "cross-fit" (pull-ups, abs bench, kettlebell).
Most of time, it also includes deep water running.
Most of time, I am either listening podcast or watching football report from the previous evening. I have done visualization too or using WOC map, but it is mostly when I am injured or when I have not the possibility to train in forest.
