How do you do this? On a track, or open trail/road? How do you keep track of pace -- just look at garmin periodically?

Oops.....didn't look at the workout.....This was on a treadmill!
Oh. I can't last 800 meters on a treadmill. I have to learn how to use the fancy features of my garmin to help with this type of training.
