Meet too! I will be calling to get into see Adam and hopefully we can get this figured out. I saw him Monday and he was thinking since I already had a massage scheduled that week that between my visit with him and the massage I would get loosened enough, guess not. Last time I had issues like this I needed a couple appts with him things rolling.

40+ hasn't been easy
Makes you appreciate our 50/60/70 year old running partners and what they are able to do that much more!

I agree guys, this getting older stuff sucks. Guess we just have to get a little more disciplined in recovery......I don't like recovery, it's not as fun ;)
