Looking back with pride.....the satisfaction of knowing its been a life well lived.......and I will say I think we have earned that right to reflect with a smile

My 31st year of triathlon....I was there at close to the beginning of the sport. I went from "not very good" to "not bad" with a consistent approach. And tested my limits more times than I could ever count in that time...and then its always "whats next?!"...onward, ever onward...

And the mantra is... stay at while you can!

Reflection is always good.
I would be proud! You deserve it!
