Nice race on the qualie...and very consistent on the final. I agree with what Mikell recommended but also know that your work does take a lot of time. Still, proud of your progress, keep working!

Thanks, Linda!

They're certainly not the races we all want elite US runners to have. But Rome wasn't built in a day. I'm still fighting to improve.

Thank you for your time and effort!

Way to put yourself out there. Of course we all want good races on the day that matters, but every start line is a learning experience as well as a test. You're good at learning from these things, and it's super exciting to watch you progress, and to know that there's room for improvement. You race with your head and your heart and your guts, and I totally respect that.

Your sprint quali race looked really, really strong. Well done!

It's great that you are running these races. They will provide you with really crucial experience that will only help you continue to improve as an athlete. It is fun to follow your improvement from afar. Keep up the good work!

Thanks guys! The sprint quali was the best race here. I ran a great forest middle yesterday with Antonio and Andreu. If I had had a similar performance in Saturday's middle I would have been right up there with them.

But it didn't happen for one reason or another. Probably nerves. But like you said Boris, that's why these races are so important to take part in.

I definitely try to race like that, Alex. But it doesn't always come out.

Really looking forward to seeing you guys in a month!
