I was grossly off. I probably would have skipped the backtrack bonus controls and totally have hosed it.

Many times things are set up unclearable (my courses are +/- 5 minutes often, eg), so there's a lot of art in knowing when it is.

It is a relatively small area, the only way to make it a three hour race would be to make it point to point with lots of crisscrossing or multiple loops.

Great job though, the length was just perfect :)
