2+ hours in terrain!
do some more running, loose some chunk and youll be fine at jukola!
we was actually talking about you over the weekend and how you are still orienteering well even after a long time off (maybe a night leg at jukola? haha)

and on another positive note, your long distance trainings are increasing. this was 4mins longer than your last long session (grymnatta)
