Charlie:
I had my own bicycle mishap a few years ago leading to some significant hardware in my right wrist, and I had a protracted post surgery recovery period during which I had to do highly skilled maneuvers like eating with my left hand. Not having had your foresight in developing left hand dominance, I was pretty perplexed by the whole thing. I remember thinking that I might just as well be trying to do it with my foot!

Charlie, I had no memory that you had crashed and burned, too, some time back. Boy, all I can say is that I have 100% sympathies now for anyone who has found themselves in this particular boat (and had to row with the other hand!) Here's to both of us never crashing again, and never having to say we're sorry, either. ; )

Hmm, SF displaying loss of memory. Is this worrisome ;-)

Oh, Dennis, if you only knew how little he remembers of anything. Ever.

Well then, nothing to worry about!

Well, at least now, 58 years into my blessed life, I have a very fine excuse for not remembering stuff: I had a concussion, folks!

I challenge anyone out there to execute a flip off your bike, sticking the landing with your head, scoring a perfect 10.0 for the acrobatic move in the process, and then let's see what you remember. Well, it will probably still be more than I can remember, but then I was pretty deeply flawed to begin with. ; )
