After 5 and a half years of living up here, my R quad is considerably bigger than my left. I am R footed and handed. Stands to reason that, without extra attention to the weak side, that you will favour one side and that will become stronger.

So, I would suggest "fucking gettting on with it" as well, but it wouldn't hurt to focus some extra strengthening work on the 'weak' side. Just don't go to the gym. I wanna see you lifting trees and boulders Rocky-style. I should do this stuff, but I'm a lazy barsteward who gets all he deserves on the injury front.

See you at Up The Nab. Oh, and come and marshal at Sailbeck please?

Damn, now I wish I'd tried to play football with my right as well as my left! Makes sense now I think about it. Can't kick a football with my right to save my life. Yeah gonna try and add some strengthening in now and again. Been doing pull ups on the stairs, does that count?

Yeah I saw your FB post. I have asked my mum but apparently we have a busy weekend at the pub that weekend with my auntie and uncle away so I'm trying to persuade my mum to have the Saturday off. Would love to race as well though if that's possible? Don't mind going up top though if you're desperate!
