Or pick an alternate route that offers a right on red if you do hit a red light. I'm sure an .xlsx spreadsheet with a solver add-in could come up with an optimum solution, i.e. Probability of a red light vs. extra distance necessary to allow right on red option(s).

I have the holy grail of commuter routes. I really won't sweat the extra time!

(Two meter shoulder, wide lanes, limited access, 40 mph speed limit, frequent bike use acclimated drivers to expect cyclists, walkers use the parallel MUP.)
