on distance - and especially on elevation. You've clearly been "shorted" on the distance run. However, the elevation numbers are way too high - check HughMacIV's Crum/Smedley loops for example. At any rate that was a very nice workout; and if, as you say, you wanted to beat my time, you sure did. Don't know where you get this competitiveness. Sweet workout.
