ouch - and the effects of an ice pack are improved on with ice in a glass to accompany it (plus some other liquid of choice).
Think I'm going to have to try something to improve the effect of the ice. Getting worse as the day goes on. Hurting to walk now, some swelling and quite stiff. Hoping it improves a lot and quickly, was hoping to run tomorrow and NSW MTBO next weekend.
All the way to not being able to walk now. Didn't feel that bad when I did it.
