Discussion: Erg

The erg is a machine and will never replicate the water. But its awesome for developing the right fitness in the right muscle with as good as a paddle stroke. I set one up too, only for 1% of the cost :-)

Yes, having a Concept 2 at home already would have definitely decreased our cost :)
