Really like the way having the bungees attached below your feet mimicks the mechanics of pulling through the water.
I tried mine earlier with loops on feet but force not quite right. Am going to make up a seat and attach loops like that. Good job!
Yep, so when you are puling the bar end back its at the right level to get the "feel" of a paddle stroke. It was tough work though. Its not like the other end, albeit shorter, is not resisting! It almost forces you to have decent technique. If you don't rotate and draw your arms will fall off after a few minutes. Its tough enough already on the shoulders, lats, traps, obliques etc..
Also worth keeping the loops about a meter apart to avoid too much cross over. The durability of the band will be the next question.
