The conventional wisdom would be to use them for warmup, drills and maybe strides, but not for the track session - until you legs have gotten a chance to get used to them. Hokas to track spikes is a pretty big jump in the shoe world. Actually about the biggest possible.
OK, good advice . . . they are pretty flimsy, probably wouldn't take too much workout. maybe I'll do my warmups in them tomorrow. I got the Apollo Vents, should be nice in the hot weather. they actually have no seems. I believe the sole is somehow glued to the inside of the shoe. I might try them without socks. super light at 6.8 oz. a little heel support but not much.
