Nice Darryn.....especially the runs....by the way, this format of run,bike,run is known affectionately as run, bike, DIE......the 2nd run is usually a killer!
I tried to go slow on the first run, I averaged 8:45 which was faster than what I thought I was doing. I need to learn more technique on the bike. The bike ride was hilly. I was sloppy changing gears and keeping consistent cadence. I have never had to give too much thought to those things before. The last run was slower, but not as painful as the last third of the bike. I was tight during the run, but happy. Now I want to try again, but I don't think there are many opportunities for du'
