Possible on the over training, might be something to keep an eye on. Your weeks were super packed with intensity and seems like you nailed a bunch of long runs at MP or better. Plus you're still less than a month out from Boston and you did just do 50 miles :) Get that recovery, bud!

I know you are right but easier said than done. Think I am just going to go back to MAF training for a while no matter how slow it is. Gotta get right for Bighorn.

i'd definitely keep an eye on it too... you are super fit and in my opinion don't have to do too much to be ready for Bighorn. You've put in a lot of miles and intensity. Now that it's just about month or so out some mellow long runs i would think would have you ready to rip.

I hope so. Sunday needs to stay mellow. One of the reasons I ran the whole 50 with Rebecca. Figured I could do what I did for Leadman last year, all the runs are easy and the intensity can come from the weights, within reason.

So much for Sunday staying mellow, average 161 with a high of 188. HA!
