Everytime I try to add something like squats end up near death sooner or late...I was reading where squats are really good for core, etc..cure cancer...stop crime, etc...

I'll have to google burpee...actually I did...sometime in the winter...I was so uncoordinated and awkward and slow that it destroyed my self-esteem. I felt like a 95 year man trying to do them...I never knew they were called burpee's...
Hire one of our contractors to do a lot rotted wood replacement...fascia in the front soffit around a lot of the house...a few fence panels and gate.
Conway tried to do one last year. He is quite the athlete, but couldn't pull it off. (Hi Dan are you reading this? :) I think that is my goal this year. 25 burbees.
What I did was so uncoordinated it could not could as anything but lunging and falling and staggering down and up like a handicapped drunk during a hurricane on deck of a cruise ship.
Koski my right leg hurts...hurts...I am going to have to walk...I do not believe this is shin splints...it is lower between ankle and shin and kinda swollen don't know if I've pulled something or cracked a bone but I wished I had just walked all week...even biking it was hard to push down into the wind...feels like the bone is cracked..I don't think that is it but it is some sort of weird severe muscle pull...it started hurting golfing when I followed through on my swing...it was front lower area...crap
Hmmmm... I've had a thing down there off and on over the years. But it was closer to the foot (that tendon connecting from of ankle to top of foot.)
And it was from running hilly routes I think. Ice.
It is down low like that at times but it also hurts up higher in shin bone a lot too...like the bone is cracked...walking seemed to be the answer..ice and heat and foot massager...it is low power but if you sit and read 30 minutes it had a nice soothing effect. Something about running and pushing off was really aggravating whatever it was/is...it seemed much better several times over past week but then would regress and be as bad as ever...nothing consistent either...sometimes I felt like running helped other times it seemed to hurt...even icing versus heat...both had their ups and downs at times...

James officially graduates this Saturday...whew...he's working with one of his trainers whose dad has a small fleet of food vans. He works in one of them from time to time but also doing things on social media that are to help advertise and coordinate things...his knees seem fine and he's a week or two away from being able to start normal training...he's doing upper body stuff and shooting flat footed and dribbling...just no real jumping or hard running dribbling....it's been a year since he was able to fully train now...he always outworked everyone and had talent to boot which I did not...there were some fast HS times this year...4:14 1600 and a low 9 min 3200...something like 9:15 or so.
Notice the Kenyans are 'dirty' and about to miss Olympics...what little reading I've done it sounded like a long time ago there were questions about them...I wonder how many (few) clean athletes there have been in track and road running the past 3 or 4 decades? Sometimes I've felt the druggies were just grabbing headlines and then other times I've felt almost everyone was dirty...even a lot of the loud protesters as if they were putting up a smoke screen over their own drugging.
