The release seems to be doing something, and it does feel more and more like a muscle thing and not an internal-organ thing. Still not right, though, and still hurts after eating.
Hunh. Might be worth getting checked out - my PT asked about any potential internal organ issues as well. After a race, I sometimes notice more pain when I have a full bladder, but two of my pressure points are really quite low. The psoas issue is more evident for me when driving or sitting for long periods, but I don't think I notice anything from eating. Interesting.
