Sounds miserable, and all too familiar. I just spammed your email with youTube videos since I couldn't describe my favorite stretches very well in just an email. Good luck. Holler if you want to talk through any of them.

The release seems to be doing something, and it does feel more and more like a muscle thing and not an internal-organ thing. Still not right, though, and still hurts after eating.

Hunh. Might be worth getting checked out - my PT asked about any potential internal organ issues as well. After a race, I sometimes notice more pain when I have a full bladder, but two of my pressure points are really quite low. The psoas issue is more evident for me when driving or sitting for long periods, but I don't think I notice anything from eating. Interesting.
