I would not have lasted much longer than the 2K I did. I am a long way from feeling strong enough to last 6K right now. I am going to have to go into serious training if I am going to be able to put up pieces like you are doing when I hit 75.

Well it is impressive that you're rowing at all! Hope you find that rowing helps your recovery, without the need for more medical treatment.
