I don't think it was TB . . . been awhile since I've seen him. this guy seemed a little younger and more chubby. he was dressed as a SLU coach though, had blue SLU hat and shirt, maybe one of the other assistants

hate to say it but TB looks a bit on the chubby side these days...(but looks can be deceiving - just in case he's reading this). The other assistant coach theory would be viable, if she had really long brown hair. Maybe assistant to the assistant.

could have been TB then . . . haha. and he was doing a bangup job on this masters dude, putting him through his paces, lots of drills, form drills, legs over hurdles, 100m sprints, then some 200m . . . I basically watched the whole session. the client appeared to be a masters 50-something with a Go St Louis HM or marathon tech T so assume he was into distance. yeah, I mean, who else would be coaching like that, at that location, in that kit? . . . I take it all back, that coach did NOT look chubby . . . fit as a fiddle, super-fit, like he could run a sub-5 mile . . . ! :)

Yep, that must have been him from the sound of the routine. Think I know the masters guy from the workouts too, did he look short and a bit stocky? That guys only 46 though. Runs ultras and marathons, but run 3k at frostbite in 5:51 pace too.

no, actually, he was tall and thin, taller than me, anyway . . . sort of a non-descript white guy, just like me. haha.
