Maybe after I retire. We are spending $6k on fixing up the house right now...lots of rot and fence etc...I'm really messed up with the ole legs...right leg. I'm so socially backwards and awkward without drinking I'm not sure I could fit in anyway...sad to say...I mean that against myself...of course if I can go from saying nothing to the state of 'will this guy ever shut up and let someone else talk' state also...

I do appreciate you asking. I really want to see Duluth again. When I retire I might just go to races and see if I can adapt to being a doofus cripple and the accomplishment would be to participate.

Good luck to you! Even doing what your doing is great. I have to admit right now my body is at a state of decline that I did not expect for another ten years...its depressing...I'm even talking about wrinkles on face and 'saggy' weird skin...when I do my version of planks my stomach wrinkles weird like an old persons...wait I guess that is what I am...and my legs in certain positions same thing...and yet most of time the skin looks 'normal'...

I signed up for a Dr. Mercola free medical stuff...of course there are all sorts of miracle vitamins...I take a lot of them...never thought I would...its weird tho I must be buying the bad version (they always claim you have to buy the version that is 'pure' and of course cost $59 a pill...if I took one of those I would either die or I would tell myself I damn well better feel young and healthy for the it is I'll buy the affordable versions)...anyway...he showed 3 or so videos on squats...of course they are a miracle exercise and one of them even said to do them even if you have knee pain...I guess you try to concentrate on hips...I wait a little of the videos but do not have all day to watch all of it...also planks..which I've been doing some...and mysteriously planks also are a miracle exercise...

My 'shin splint' did much better yesterday...we'll just plug away...
