Yeah, I only had limited time and really want to start logging some stairs when I get into the gym, so I had 20 mins for a warm up.
I looked down at about 8 mins and realized I was doing 2:40 miles and 16 cals/min so I thought, wonder if I can bring avg to 2:30 and 17 and I just made it (that's my level 5 baseline for results - just usually over longer rides)
20 whole mins... what can I say... I'm a beast! :-)
Made for a slow acclimation (??) to the stair mill tho' ... you would have laughed at my paltry pace for the first 4 mins or so.
Ha! My "impressive" pushes aren't always for very long.... I just happen to take special interest in my stats when I feel like it's going really well, so what I report is likely biased toward the better moments.
