So much easier than training! Seriously, I'm visualizing you getting that PB. RUN WELL!
If you can't dream it you can't do it right? Also, I think it really does help to think about how it's going to feel throughout the course and what I'm going to say to myself to keep the effort high and channel the pain. It would probably be easier to visualize if I ran more races like this so I didn't have to make so much of it up!
