don't forget biking is largely non weight bearing, so running is quite different in several respects...and a good idea for bone health etc.
Yes, great point. I've pretty much passed on the running over the last few months since I decided to focus my (somewhat limited) training time on the bike. I definitely want to go back to a percentage of running mileage after June 4. I don't have the best family genetics for bone health later in life.
