thats exciting! so you need low 60's and sub 2:30 to make the finals? You got low 60's right now...what's your approach to sub 2:30? Definitely doable, just wondering what your vision is.
Goals would be 61-62 and 2:25. Last year 3 races got me from 2:41 to 2:30 then had my hernia repaired. This time looking for race experience through Sept and a post Aug ramp in speed work. Thanks for the encouragement.
